About Us

Tri County Community Network (TCCN) is a non-profit organization that has primarily provided services from our home, the Intermountain Community Center, in Burney since 1991. The vision for this Community Center was dreamed up by Cindy Dodds, former fearless leader and Executive Director in partnership with the Mayers Memorial Health Care District. The initial project and expansion was made possible because of the generosity of the McConnell Foundation and their commitment to our region.

We operated as an independent a 501 (c)(3) corporation from 1997-2023. What started as a teen center and after-school program, soon expanded to include a multitude of services for our community. These services include preschool programs, meals for seniors, employment and housing support, and so much more!

In January of 2024 we revived our partnership with the Mayers Memorial Healthcare District (MMH). Our partnership is the beginning of a renewed effort to meet the needs of our community. Together, TCCN and MMHD will be reimagining old programs and bringing new services to our area. We will be working to support all of the health needs of our community.

We have a Board of Directors and staff who are selflessly dedicated to supporting families and promoting the health and vitality of the Intermountain region.
